Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Aisa-X, we strive to deliver high-quality services with our AI support assistance. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be considered and processed.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of payment. Any request made after this period will not be considered.
  • Refunds will only be provided if the customer substantiates the claim with reasonable technical evidence or sufficient explanations for the product or service deficiency.
  • Refunds will not be processed for requests without valid reasons. All refund claims must be accompanied by clear and reasonable technical justifications.

2. Refund Process

  • Once a refund request is submitted, our team will carefully analyze the provided reasons and supporting evidence to determine eligibility.
  • If the refund is approved, the process will be initiated within 15 working days from the date of approval.
  • Any applicable tax amount (e.g., GST) will not be refunded as per tax regulations.

3. GSTIN Changes

  • Customers can correct or update their GSTIN number for a paid invoice within 7 days from the date of payment.
  • To request a GSTIN correction, customers must submit the updated information via the Client Portal Area. After 7 days, GSTIN changes will not be permitted.

Force Majeure Clause

Refunds are not applicable for disruptions caused by events beyond your control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, pandemic).

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their subscription to the Aisa-X SaaS product at any time. To ensure smooth processing, please review the following cancellation terms:
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team.
    • Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which they will be terminated.
    • No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period.
